Cannot reproduce with Arora 0.9.0 (Git: 1277 6e8b73a), Qt 4.5.2.
Got a "Choose file" button which works as expected.

I can reproduce this on Linux (compiled using QtSdk 2009.3), however on windows
it works perfectly.

I have just tested this on the latest code and the problem seems to be that the
attach button is some kind
of Flash widget used by Gmail. If you select Tools -> Options -> Privacy ->
Use ClickToFlash on flash
plugins and save the change and refresh the gmail page all seems fine.
This was tested on Arch (std KDE 4.3.2) built using Qt 4.5.

I verify this situation still exists as described in previous posts in version
0.10.1.
Also, the "enable clicktoflash" work-around also works.
Test done on kubuntu 9.10.

I can confirm that this issue is fixed by upgrading to Qt 4.6. Even without
recompiling, and just LD_LIBRARY_PATH
just fixes this problem.

Alright, so if what diegoiast says is the behaviour of arora @ most of the
people
experiencing this issue, the bug will most likely be closed after 4.6 is
released.

Why it's still open? I think this issue isn't exist now.

Kermit: indeed, it works for me now. Arora 0.10.2 (Git: 1333 0a6f1f4), WebKit
532.4.
