No option to send IM or start a chat #42

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
In 0.9.1.0 version there were menu options and shortcuts to send instant
message and to start a chat (F5, F6). In 0.10.0.0 i cant find such options.
And i need them, because i need to send broadcasts and messages to JIDs
that are not in my roster and to start a chat with some user without
putting it to my roster.
