Patch to fix the compilation and the dialog filters

When opening a new file it is very annoying that the filter starts for 
playlists, while 100% of the times I want to open a new mp3 file. I fixed the 
compilation and set the default filter to be the *.*

The program freezes when playing a music, possibly because of this dialog which 
shows a message saying that the music was started, but could be because of 
something else. In any case the problem isn't caused by my patch.

Please respond if you see this report, because I tryed to contact you by e-mail 
and got no answer. If you do not answer I will have to consider that you are no 
longer interrested in the project and I will need to fork it.

I know it's been a long time since you posted this patch, do you happen to know 
how to compile this application on windows/win32 system? I've compiled 
applications for linux numerous times, but I don't see any make files or 
anything of that sort.
