Distrubute both resXXX.dll. During the installation, setup.sll has ho
decide which DLL should stay.

Described way does not work, because the process responsible for installation 
is not
DPI aware (i.e. reports 96 DPI all the time).

It is solved by installing res.096.dll and res.192.dll and prssr decides which 
one
has to be loaded.
