Enhancement to site manager (deleting and clearing entries) #163

(I dont know why I can't create an enhancement type of record so this is
listed as a defect).

I would like to be able to clear out all my subscriptions (in one click)
and rebuild (or re-import) the list from scratch.

Also I would like the ability to delete a group and it will delete all the
feeds in that group.
