Cache images included in HTML pages than are cached for offline browsing

- have a switch for disabling this feature (some people want to save a
network traffic, waiting time, or are not interested in images at all)
- do not forget to implement deleting these images when the HTML page is
being deleted

I miss this a lot - I use the old version as it is implemented there.

Great to see development continues!

However, is this feature supposed to be implemented in this version?

The settings in the options menu give that impression but it doe not seem to 
work.

I'm sorry, but without images i don't see the point in caching pages, and since 
the ability to read news articles offline is the main reason for me to use 
PRSSreader, i need to stick to 1.3.4. Which is fine by the way, but 1.4.5 also 
looks awesome.!
