Number of new items on Today-Plugin was not updated #31

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start pRSSreader and select (not empty) "Unread"-list
2. select "Menu/Mark all Items Read"
3. go back to Today-Screen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected: "0 new items" on Today-Plugin
result:   "n new items", n > 0

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
V1.4.1 on T-Mobile MDA Touch, WindowsMobile 6

This is a side-effect of the issue #22, which is already fixed.
