I reported the issue a couple of week ago. David has built a new release (prssr
1.4.1 (b30) to deal with the problem. The new b30 release fixes the problem on
my
HTC Diamond (WM6.1 Pro). I recommend you try the new release.

Please, try the b30 and report back, this might be a duplicate issue. Thanks.

Tried the b30..Did seem to fix the update at a specific time for a short time
(maybe
a couple hours)..Still never did auto-update on Today menu..Only updating
manually
works..Tried opening Prssreader and watching it run for 15 minutes (had it set
to
update every 10 min.)..no auto-update
I don't get the "cannot execute prssnot.exe" error any longer but it doesn't
seem to
auto-update either..

David,
Please look to my latest response on issue 30. After an auto-update completed,
the
pRSSreader is always forced to work in OFFLINE mode. I guess that explains the
observation from Rjbec.

rjbec: It might be that prssr is in offline mode, can you check it (see the
comment
#11 in issue #30 from rudyych).
For now I have no idea, why prssr goes to offline mode, but I'll look at it
ASAP.
Please, be patient with me - a have a lot of work to d and currently I'm the
only man
on the development. Everything that is in issue tracker wont be forgotten -
that is
its purpose.
