prss 1.4.1 sometimes can't display correct chinese characters #66

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Simply connect to this feed:
 http://rss.cnfol.com/1330.xml
 Chinese characters cannot be displayed correctly

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Correctly display chinese characters.  Eg: 
http://rss.sina.com.cn/roll/finance/hot_roll.xml  (this chinese feed is ok)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Prss 1.4.1 on WM 6.1 with HP 4700

Please provide any additional information below.
The previous Prss 1.3 also had this issue while another rss software 
newsbreak handled well.

I think it is about the issue 7.
The http://rss.cnfol.com/1330.xml is encoded with GBK which does not seem to be 
supported by pRSSreader.
