Scroll bar long tap not working #88

1. I updated the program to r127, but in my  issue 72 , the long tap (tap-
and-hold) on scroll bar, for continuous scrolling is still not working. 
(Small dots in a circle appear) 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.4.2 r127 - WM6.0
