Parse error with WordPress 2.9.2 and pubsubhubbub 1.3 #108

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Trying to instal the WP plugin with WP2.9.2

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest of pubsubhubbub

Error message on activation:
"fatal error: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting
T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or '}' in
/homez.33/hiden-path/wp-content/plugins/pubsubhubbub/publisher.php  on line 10"
