/work/reconfirm_subscriptions: start_map() got an unexpected keyword argument 'reader_parameters'

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Get sources from trunk (r406)
2. Install on AppEngine

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect auto-polling and no errors in log.
Instead, auto-polling is not working, see next in logs
