I would also like to vote for the scrolling within a page feature to be 
modified, but more precisely, follow the 
global mouse wheel setting which it currently appears to be ignoring.
e.g. I have set a global figure within Windows XP for scrolling by mouse wheel 
of 6 lines which other 
programs and certainly all other browsers (Firefox, Opera, SRWare Iron) adhere 
to, yet QtWeb doesn't.

will be fixed in QtWeb 3.3 with a new Qt 4.6.1
