Problem with "New Tab Action" #118

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Browser->Options->New Tab Action->Blank Page->OK
2. Restart the browser
3. Go to Options

What is the expected output? 
New Tab Action == Blank Page

What do you see instead?
New Tab Action == Welcome Page

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
QtWeb 3.1 on Windows XP SP3
