Option not to use Registry at all #12

To provide better portability, instead of using Registry - write all 
temporary & status information to the current dir/subdir...

Implemented in v 1.5.
When browser is installed - it uses user's profile and registry section.
When run as stand-alone exe - it creates subfolders and stores all settings and 
chaches there.
