auto-proxy does not work in certain situation #121

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable auto-proxy
2. In Internet explorer set "Use automatic configuration script"
3. Then QTWEB does not use that setting

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Proxy does not work

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
QTWEB 3.2 build 15

Yes, I need to add automatic proxy configuration scripts to QTweb please, such 
as http://myproxyscript.pac  Thank you
