[Future Request] Tabs Power Options.

I'd like to suggest to implement Tabs Power Options:

1. Open new tab after current, Open new tab before current.

2. Tab Min size width option, Tab Max size width option.

3. Tab flip (when clicking tab second time - switch to previous tab, when 
you're on previous tab and click - switch to another previous tab, etc.), with 
all this history.

4. Expand tabs in multiple lines option.

5. TabsBar horizontal scrollbar option.

6. Option of Scrolling all line of tabs by mouse wheel, instead of tab by tab 
like now. And option to revers this scrolling.
(when tabs overflow)

7. Option to use scroll buttons for scrolling all line of tabs(instead of tab 
by tab like now).
(when tabs overflow)

8. Option to place scroll buttons separated each one in right and in left place 
of tabsbar , and option to place couple of scrolling buttons on left side of 
tabsbar.

9. Possibility to dissable "NewTab" button in TabsBar, and possibility to place 
"NewTab" button to address bar.

These options are much needed especially for browsing with lots of tabs opened 
and for power users too.
