[Future] Command Line Switchers support. #139

I'd like to suggest Command Line Switchers support.

1. Option to set Profile folder directory. (with support for relevant and 
absolute path)
2. Option to set Plugins folder directory. (with support for relevant and 
absolute path)
3. Option to start plugins like a different process. (it must come with webkit2 
core)
4. Option that allow/disallow to start separated copy of QtWeb.
... and may be other various useful switches on developer choice.

It will make using QtWeb in an easiest way , especially for a portable using 
and for using multi-profiling together.
