Printing Pages #148

Going to File>Print prints out only the top left corner of the page
The Print Preview shows the expected print correctly, but printing either to a 
PDF using an installed driver, or directly to a printer shows only the top left 
of the intended document.  This is true for htm pages locally as well as web 
pages.

This occurs in v3.7.2 build 081 for both the Win32 installed version and the 
portable version.  Also tested both these versions on Windows7 and WinXP SP2 
and SP3
