Empty Cache buttom

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Check Option/Privacy/Enable disk cache to speed up webpage loading/OK
2. Close the program
3. Open program, browse for different sites. Check in the folder "Cache" that 
there are many files.
4. Click Privacy/Empty Cache.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It is expected an empty cache. The Cache folder is intact, contain all files 
like if never the "Empty Cache" buttom was clicked. Teherefore the "Empty 
Cache" buttom does not work.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows Portable 3.7.5 build 101. OS= Win 7 Pro 32 bit.
