Web Inspector does not work in 3.8.4 #184

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Enable web inspector if it is not enabled and press CTRL+I or choose Inspect 
element from the main menu - nothing happens. Choose Inspect element from the 
shortcut menu - empty window with caption "QtWeb" is opened.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see full-functional web inspector instead of this empty window or 
nothing at all.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
QtWeb 3.8.4 build 104

Please provide any additional information below.
Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit
