Q: What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Using W2k
2. Booting Qtweb 8
3. Reading the error like; "Qtweb not a valid win32 application on Windows 2ooo 
Pro NT SP4"

(PS. The previous verion of Qtweb works "just fine" on my W2k system.)
