QtWeb (single-exe portable) doesn't seemingly support long filenames #210

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Run: C:\Programs\Qtweb\QtWeb.exe "U:\Files are here\A file.html"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
QtWeb should probably open that file. Instead I get error "Error opening 
U:/Files: No such file or directory"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.8.5(108) on WinXPSP3

Hope it's fixable.
