Video Flashapplets scrolling faster than page.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. This problem is back in the latest version. www.youtube.com, vimeo.com, 
newgrounds.com and dailymotion do not have this problem.
2. sites that have this problem are a lot of other sites: samples are 
www.dumpert.nl, www.zideo.nl. www.2bdutch.nl, vkmag.com, www.nickelodeon.nl, 
www.uitzendinggemist.nl.
(sound, but no video at all: nickjr.com, securitytube.com, zie.nl and 
failblog.cheezburger.com,  http://kindertijd.kro.nl/videos/) 
3. goto http://wistia.com/ (crash)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
normal running video with sound (without a crash) that scrolls the same speed 
as the page.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
windows 7 Home 64bit - QTweb 3.8.5 build 108

Please provide any additional information below.
- This issue was here in previous releases (fixed in 1.7.5 or so) could this be 
related? I test with off/on adblocks, different browser emulations without much 
difference.

The number 3 crash happened only once, probably unrelated.
