Exception related to media player launching while media streaming link #60

On some systems - when .ASX MIME type (or other media content) is 
associated with MediaPlayer - after clicking the link - media player is 
launched, but  exception is thrown in browser.

Qt 4.5.0 bug. 
Manually fixed FrameLoaderClientQt::committedLoad()

Fixed in QtWeb 2.0.037
