Ability to setup external View Source application

This is kinda of a continuation of the above,in a different way...
when using "View -> Page Source",by default notepad.exe gets executed;
once again,could it be made to possibly view page source in a secondary 
tab,as most browsers do?
(or at least,for the end-user to be able to choose an alternative 
viewer/editor of choice?)
Main reason is...when attempting to view page source on large pages,this 
might even...
crash good old notepad.exe,he-he...it can't really handle lots of data...
