Open pup-ups as tabs/tags instead of new windows #86

Especially when it comes to being able to have multiple windows in one 
browser. I was going to suggest that because when I surf the internet, 
incase if there's a pop up, it only pops up as an extra tag in Opera 
instead of an extra window task bar in Windows XP like what the rest of 
the browser has.

Implemented.
Based on Settings, user will open all links in Tabs (default) or new Windows.
Expected in QtWeb Internet Browser v. 3.1
