Impossible to enter email addresses on German systems #91

It's impossible to enter email addresse with the @ character! On German 
keyboards, the @ is enter by pressing Alt-Gr + Q. This shortcut is already 
used by QtWeb to Quit QtWeb with full reset!!!

The work around ist, use ALT 64

An other importent shortcut in Germany ( and Europa) is ALT-GR + E (ALT + 
Ctrl + E) for the € (Euro) Symbol. Alex, please don't use this shortcut in 
QtWeb.

Implemented, Ctrl+Alt+M and Ctrl+Alt+F are new shortcuts.
Will be int the next release 2.5 of QtWeb internet browser
