Keeping all history slows down QtWeb Internet Browser startup performance #92

I discovered that my qtweb took long time to start and it seem to be 
longer for every week.

After some deleting of cache and other files, I tried the history file 
which was about 96Mb insize, qtweb started again in a second.

So it seems during the start up period it does something to history file.
Maybe that can be voided or changed to happen after start and it is up and 
running.

to implement - keep history by default "One week" instead of 
cleaning "Manually"

Done.

Another bug found and fixed: Auto-run of history cleaning failed.

Will be released in version 2.5 of QtWeb Portable browser later this month.
