Compatibility Mode with other browsers to be easily accessible #93

Now when using Gmail or Hotmail - sometimes QtWeb is unable to access all 
the functionality. Gmail shows basic HTML design, instead of advanced GUI, 
Hotmail warns that browser not supported and advices to upgrade to 
Mozilla, Safari, etc.. and disables some functionality, like deleting 
selected messages...

When change UserAgent to the one from Safai, Chrome - everything works 
fine and warnings disappear, as long as they use the same WebKit, like 
QtWeb.

Idea is to make Compatibility Mode - toolbar button which is easily 
accessible, and solves most browsing problems.

Implemented in QtWeb Internet Browser version 2.7, build 075.
Button is displayed by default and can be hidden in options. 
Menu Tools, submenu Compatibility - duplicates this functionality
