Some of the code needs directory-listing support #9

Autodetection algorithms needs directory-listing capability. There isn't
any way of do that in a cross-platform way. However this is only a Windows
port.
I think MinGW haves some C headers that let's you do that.

Affected options are $(CFG), $(DIR_SUFFIX_CPU) and the flag "--list", among
other things.
