Is it possible to treat these image areas [3 images] like this?

Notice that when the browser is scaled, the images on the right in the provided link example scale proportionately at any size.

@JenStewart1 - This isnt functional its a design issue. We need to figure out what we are doing with the images before we burn any time on this.
