Code of Conduct #5

I'd like to add a Code of Conduct to our group. This one is modified from the Contributor Covenant.

I like COCs because they codify things that should be obvious, but for a certain subset of the population, are not. In other words, everyone knows stealing is wrong, but we still have laws against it.

I should also note that this is not a sub-tweet ;). I've been thinking about this for a very long time.

All feedback and suggestions are welcome.
