Map config editor fixes and first iteration of manifests. #104

Fixed code for saving Name, Author, Temperature & Sky colors.
Added time selection.
Added weather selection.
Added first iteration of manifests for all single and multiplayer maps.

The map manifests contain accurate Name, Sky, Weather, Temperature & Time. Ambient and sun related values will come later when terrain shading is ready for it.
