Moving some wiki documentation into /doc folder. Also started documenting some of the UI, a document with paths and available options will follow later.

I'm not sure where things stand on having screenshots from the original game included, hence why I've been a little slow to merge this. Will need to get a second opinion or do some research.

The screenshots are usefult to track which elements of the ui need to be re-created. Do you have some plan on the look and feel of the interface?

They are, I was more concerned from a legal perspective. I've gotten a second opinion from someone a little more informed than I am and they seem to think it's safe - will go ahead and merge in this case.
