Weather events in other dimensions #1

I think it should be configurable in hwat dimensions the weather can occur. I'm using this together with the "Ad Astra!" mod and are getting weather in their dimensions where it doesnt make sense

Hi, @Joththeboop. I'm not sure if I will implement weather events being configurable in other dimensions, however the getting weather in dimensions where it doesn't make since appears to be a bug with the "Ad Astra!" mod. I'm going to try to open a pull request for the mod which should fix this problem.

Pull Request was merged, this bug should be fixed in the next update of "Ad Astra!"
