I can't control the weather nor the particles. #47

I think the weather part is self-explainatory, but I can elaborate if needed.

about the particles, it's kind of annoying that whenever it rains the wind moves particles (ex. blocks breaking)

In terms of the particles, I will add a setting that disables this effect. Though in terms of weather, I'm not sure if I understand, could you please elaborate on this?

I can't find the command to change the weather (ex. "/weather rain"), I'm not sure why.

That's because there is no command to change the weather

Due to the way the weather works, it would be really difficult if not impossible to do that, I might add something of the sort, but it wouldn't be what you would expect where you could just go /weather rain to use it.
