[Suggestion] DH/LoD clouds #48

something for the list much later down the line. having DH compatability to render (pseudo) clouds for DH's fake LoD chunks. i believe DH's API may have some basic info stored that may make it possible to approximate climate effects. these distant clouds would best be rendered as a 2d texture based off a slice of the noise map used.

Not a bad idea, would definitely allow for farther render distances, I'll consider it
