[Suggestion] Event and dimensional weather #49

having certain events trigger unique weather effects. here's a couple ideas i can think of

big ominous (maybe glowing) clouds during the wither fight

a tornado/maelstrom (kinda like the tears of the kingdom Rito region boss) during the dragon.

Beacon's "clearing" the skies

nether storms that cause lightning that goes up and smog ("clouds" floating around the lava layer)

ender winds that sweep up players and boost elytra flight, storms with a single large "ball lightning" core, and a persistent cloud fog around the void between the central island and the rings

had a few more ideas i'd like to add.

Ocean monument/elger guardian malestrom (visual)

desert "sand storms". like nether smog but orange-yellow and rolls over deserts.

blizards. in cold biomes a fridgid storm that blocks visibility to a couple of blocks (may not work with mods overwriting fog. not much to do there) and kill crops, freeze water, and extinguish campfires/fires (not soul fire).

void/sculk fog. ominous rolling fog around ancient cities.

fire tornadoes in the nether. deadly to all non nether mobs (i.e not fire resistant)

I actually wanted to add sandstorms and blizzards ^w^

However, to note, some of these effects (the beacon one for instance) have a similar problem that #52 has, though some of these ideas are pretty good and I will take note of them.
