I was thinking if it would fit to add a way to also view base velocity and maybe even colleration coefficient the doopler instead of just the base reflectivity, I am thinking of adding it myself.

Screenshot it took of a confirmed tornado, you can clearly see the velocity couplet on the SRV (Storm Relative Velocity)

I like this idea a lot, however I'm not sure how to implement some of these. Perhaps you might have some ideas?

not really still coming up with something going to test some stuff!

I'd love to see your ideas, if you can make anything good, I'd definitely consider implementing it.

would be sick, but i feel like it should be an opt-in thing, maybe as a separate jar so that players who don't have much knowledge about doppler radar can still use it.
