Hello, I'm not sure which setting it is that I'm enabling, but when I use complementary shaders, the render distance for the tornado is further than the clouds, so it looks rather broken seeing a tornado without a cloud above it. Also, one more concern, (this is without shaders) the color of the clouds are only visible when you're directly under them, and they often make a sharp change in color.
EDIT: I figured out the bug with complementary shaders, I had border fog (distance fog) off. Although the bug with the tornado being under perfectly white clouds is still there, as that is not dependent on shaders.
