Suggestion: Option to disable rain color changes

I like the way the rain looks and moves, especially if it's layered on top of rain from other mods/shaders to give denser looking rain storms. But, several shaders and particle weather mods keep the vanilla blue rain color, and using that with enhanced weather's rain looks very off. An option to disable the rain color change for enhanced weather, so it can still be used with mods/shaders that have the vanilla rain color would be great.

That would be a pretty easy setting to add, will add that to the list of things to add
