For DH, an option to see and view localized Weather in the distance. So you could see rain showers, snow storms, etc in distant parts around the world, would be an amazing site. Enhanced Weather enables roaming, localized Weather like this, but you won't actually see the weather until you are inside of it, and it stops rendering if you leave it.
Add an option to raise the height weather particles render at. Since getting the best looking terrain with DH usually involves raising the default world height, weather effects don't account for this and get cutoff/ stop rendering above default height, but the game "knows" the weather is still there so, for example, rain puddles and surface wetness from shaders will still form even though you can't see any rain. Raising cloud height, both in vanilla settings and in shaders/mods, does not fix this.
