Icon Relative position config options do not function correctly #1

Expected Behavior

Icon Realtive X Position moves the icon along the X axis Icon Realtive Y Position moves the icon along the Y axis

Actual Behavior

Icon Realtive X Position moves the icon along the X axis Icon Realtive Y Position moves the icon outline along the X axis

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

  1. Change the option
