Won't open in any why #8

Hey, so when I try to start the PKLumiHex application, it doesn't open. No error message, nothing.

I have every .Net 7 and .Net 8 imaginable installed. I have no idea

The program was blocked by Windows explorer.

Right click / properties / unblock (Because the program is from another PC, it was blocked)
