Retail Update Please?

Hi Talyrius, I have been a TinyDPS user for years and still absolutely love the meter. Sadly due to it being so outdated I haven't been able to use it this expansion. Tiny DPS is, in my opinion, the best dps meter for simplicity I have ever used. I would love to be able to use it again as I am not a fan of Details!, Skada, or Recount.

I got it to believe it works for 10.0.2 without being out of date, but i keep getting:

TinyDPS/TinyDPS.lua:924: Cannot find a library instance of "LibBossIDs-1.0" [string "@TinyDPS/TinyDPS.lua"]:924: in main chunk

Locals: (*temporary) = "Cannot find a library instance of "LibBossIDs-1.0"."

Error 2 in bugsack:

Error 3:

1x Interface\FrameXML\Bindings.xml:18 Couldn't open TinyDPS/Libs/LibBossIDs-1.0/lib.xml

Error 4:

Error 5:

I've been searching the internet for help with lua as I have NO IDEA what i'm doing. but I would absolutely love this addon back. Not to mention a lot of the code is written in what looks like an asian language and some of it is in what looks like russian.

Are you downloading from curse? You're missing some libs required as dependencies

here's a similar issue There are some curse settings that might help

You could also create a /Libs folder your TinyDps directory, and then copy both LibBossIDs-1.0 and LibStub

So it'll look like

Addons/TinyDps/Libs/LibStub
Addons/TinyDps/Libs/LibBossIds-1.0
