Force Comic Vine Series ID for Auto-Tag #31

Suggestion - allow user to specify the series ID on Comic Vine while using 
Auto-Tag. Sometimes I've found the proper series on Comic Vine, but getting 
comictagger to find the series while searching has caused problems.

This is not a bad idea for a general work-around.

I'm curious, though, what specific series can't you find now with auto-tag?  I 
ask because it might be worth also investigating the specific cause of the 
problems you're seeing.

I think it was one or more of the Star Wars series. There are a number of 
listings with similar names, and it wasn't returning any results.

Found one that won't work:
http://www.comicvine.com/hellboy-the-chained-coffin-and-others/4050-33636/

Filename is:
Hellboy 03 - The Chained Coffin and others TPB.cbz

No results for "Search Online" and "Auto-Identify" doesn't work, either. Tried 
using "Auto-Tag," but it doesn't find anything. Forcing it to search using 
"Hellboy" or "Hellboy: The Chained Coffin and Others" doesn't bring anything up.
