Enhancement - One instance of ComicTagger #47

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

What version of ComicTagger are you using?
1.12.1-beta

On what operating system (Mac, Linux, Windows)? What version?
Windows 7 x64

GUI or command line?
GUI

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a file from the command line.
2. ComicTagger opens with the selected file.
3. Open another file (or the same file) from the command line.
4. A second instance of ComicTagger opens.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd like for it to keep a single instance of ComicTagger open and append the
second comic to the first list, which seems like what the user would be trying
to accomplish in that case. Additionally, it decreases the load time, so it
only is loads once.

Please provide any additional information below.

This is a good feature. Will be in the next release.

I see that you added this feature in 1.13. It keeps to a single instance, but
the window does not come into focus.

Really? When I launch CT from ComicSeer on both Ubuntu and Windows, CT comes
to the top.

This is the simple test I just confirmed with:
1) Open Comic Seer
2) Open a Comic Information page
3) Click to open ComicTagger (ComicTagger opens in focus)
4) Click on open ComicTagger again in Comic Seer (ComicTagger is not reloaded,
but it remains behind Comic Seer)
