What version of ComicTagger are you using?
Release 1.1.15-beta

On what operating system (Mac, Linux, Windows)? What version?
Windows 7

GUI or command line?
Both

Is there a way to save the .xml file to the folder where the .cbr/cbz is 
located under the name of the file.

For instance say I have 

C:\Users\Tor\Desktop\Comics\Image\Saga\Saga #1.cbr

Can I tag the file and instead of saving the .xml file in the rar archive can I 
have it saved in the Saga folder and under the name "Saga #1.xml" instead of 
the default "comicinfo.xml".

Sorry if this is a weird question but it would help with my auto weekly comic 
organizer i am setting up.
