Remove ref print feature #4

Since the default pretty format now includes the refs, the ref print feature isn't very useful.

Removing this also fixes #1

Probably conflicts with #3

Thank you, I fixed the conflicts and applied both fixes to both master and classic, and updated flog-forest as well so users can just update and use -path. Thank you!
